Eugene F. Ferraro, CPP, CFE, PCI, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Gene is the founder and Chief Executive of ForensicPathways, Inc. He has been involved in the study of organizational culture, governance and compliance for more than 30 years. He is the author of fifteen books and frequently speaks and trains on the topics of effective Human Resource management, culture management and unethical behavior in the workplace, as well as complex internal investigations.

Gene is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Justice School and a former Marine Corps Naval Aviator. He is board certified in both Human Resources Management (SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations) and Security Management (CPP designation). He has been a member of ASIS International since 1987 and currently serves as the program advisor for the Professional Certified Investigator Review course. He serves as a member of the ASIS Standards and Guidelines Commission and is a former faculty member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Pamela Vanderpool, Esq.

Pamela Vanderpool is a skilled investigator and specializes in workplace misconduct, harassment and discrimination. She is a licensed attorney and former litigator. Her practice focused on representation of clients in business disputes, both contract and tort actions, and she has litigated numerous cases involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, tortious interference, promissory estoppel, civil conspiracy, and defamation. She has represented both employers and employees in employment actions. Her experience includes suits alleging race, age, and gender discrimination. She has litigated cases involving statutory claims based on the CCPA, RICO and COCCA, and has successfully defended clients against class action lawsuits. Her practice included both state and federal litigation, including appellate work. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
